Die frage die sich mir stell ist, wie Repräsentative solche Umfragen sind und wie akkurat, wir haben das bei der Wahl gesehen und beim Brexit auch, da haben die Umfragen Sachen ausgesagt, von denen dann das gegen teil eingetreten ist.

Also mit den Amis mit denen ich so immer chatte, sind alle gegen Trump und selbst die Leute, die einst pro-Trump waren, habe seit einiger zeit nichts mehr Pro-Trump von sich gegeben und ignorieren das einfach und das ist echt merkwürdig, wenn man bedenkt, wie viel diese Trumpisten sonst so von sich geben.

Was ich sagen will ist, das es bröckelt und ich glaube nicht, das sich diese werte erholen werden (was immer das heißen mag, da seine Umfrage werte seit Amtseinführung schlecht sind, was es so auch noch nicht gegeben hat) aber es ist klar, das es immer Leute geben wird, die sich an Trump klammern werden und sich da auch nichts erzählen lassen, so ist das leider nun mal, wenn man schon Personenkult macht um einen wie Trump, da gibt es dann halt Kultisten.

Zu letzterem: das ist natürlich nur ein kleines Ornament. Aber ich halte es nicht für vollkommen unmöglich, dass Donald J. Trump seine Rachsucht, seine Kleinlichkeit, seine Illoyalität, sein jeden denkenden Menschen beleidigendes, unablässiges Selbstlob diesmal auf die Füße gefallen ist. Endlich einmal, ist man versucht zu denken.
Weltgeschichte kann manchmal banal sein.

Aber er klingt doch schon ein wenig mutlos. Er erkennt eine Strategie hinter dem Vorgehen Muellers, und er hat offenbar keine Idee, wie sich Trump dagegen zur Wehr setzen könnte.
