Mal gespannt wann in Deutschland die Immobilienblase platzt, wenn mal die erste Millionen Mieter in den Boomregionen wegbricht,  weil sie  die Wohnungen die mit billigem Geld auf Pump gekauft wurden nicht mehr bezahlen können.
Die Frage inwieweit man nun zur Finanzierung der Krise auch Kapitalgewinne und Vermögen heranzieht wird womöglich diesmal nicht so unter den Tisch gekehrt werden können, zumindest nicht in Europa.
