ZitatBut according to someone who has worked with Conway and knows her thinking intimately, none of that much matters to Conway. She's taking a long view in her bid to rise in the White House ranks — and she's performing for an audience of one: President Donald Trump.

ZitatBut the most important poll was created by Henry David Thoreau when he wrote, "any man more right than his neighbors constitutes a majority of one ... "
You are a majority of one. You have a duty to act like it. You have a duty to do something to preserve democracy. Something nonviolent, I hope, but something.

Weiter zur Frage, ob Rogue echt ist.

Note: this came in 30 min before Trump's tweet
Zitat
‏@RoguePOTUSStaff
POTUS happy with Miller's telephone interview. Contemplating making it required practice.

Congratulations Stephen Miller- on representing me this morning on the various Sunday morning shows. Great job!

Antwort von Rogue:
ZitatNo doubt many will attribute that to time difference between DC and Moscow.
Verdammt gut.

ZitatPresident Donald Trump tweeted Sunday morning that Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban is "not smart enough to run for president," likely a response from comments Cuban made Friday warning CEOs to be careful in talking with and about Trump.

[...]

Cuban first dismissed Trump's tweet by replying with "LOL." Cuban then tweeted an image of a 2016 letter he wrote to Trump saying that in order to be president, Trump needed "to really dig in on the issues."

Cuban also replied to a tweet on why Trump is dissing him, saying: "I don't know. But isn't it better for all of us that he is tweeting rather than trying to govern?"

Das ging dann wohl nach hinten los. Kellyanne, wo bleibt Ihr Einsatz?  :rofl

Noch eine hübsche kleine Anekdote von heute:
ZitatIn quoting civil rights activist W.E.B. Du Bois, the Department of Education on Sunday sent out a tweet misspelling his name. And then it sent out an apology that misspelled its apology.
[...]
There's probably never a good time for the Department of Education to misspell words but the time seemed particularly unfortunate for two reasons. [...]

"In the Days of Loose & Careless Logic, We Must Teach Thinkers to THINK." - William Edward Burghardt DU Bois" the NAACP tweeted, adding emphasis to Du Bois' last name.

Man beachte die Zeitangaben.

Edit.
Zitat@RoguePOTUSStaff: To be fair, we have an advantage by posting from Moscow, which is several hours ahead of D.C.

@mmitchell_ai: Guess you are listening in via his insecure Android phone? ;-)

@RoguePOTUSStaff: Actually it's an unsecured android owned by an insecure POTUS.

Was ist das Problem?
ZitatTrump's governing style to date can only loosely be called management. He makes decisions quickly, often without consulting relevant experts or even his own appointees. He reads almost nothing, at most a few bullet points—often ripped straight from cable TV—that cannot possibly capture the nuance of complicated policy issues. When his hastily considered decisions backfire in inevitable ways, he doubles down and attacks any critics who point out either the folly or impracticability of his orders.

As with the bellowing Wizard of Oz, however, those boisterous attacks merely hide the weakness of the man behind the curtain, weakness that has already been exploited by both his staff and outside interests.
http://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2017/02/donald-the-weak-214771

How to fix it: Die Suche nach dem Schuldigen beginnt.
Zitat"You're not going to see Trump come out and say I was wrong," this person said. "If you're waiting on him to take the blame, you're going to be waiting a long time."
http://www.politico.com/story/2017/02/trump-white-house-staff-234949
His Trumpness ist es also nicht. Wer dann also?
ZitatThe president has complained to at least one person about "how his people didn't give him good advice"

"New York Rep. Tom Reed, a top Trump ally," sagt:
Zitat"He's a loyal guy, but he's from the private sector, and he'll want to see results. As long as he sees progress, I think he'll keep his current staff around for the foreseeable future."

ZitatMoney disappeared into thin air. A few paymasters were hanged, though in vain.

ZitatA judge in Seattle has turned down the federal government's request to put a lawsuit there on hold while an appeals court mulls further action regarding President Donald Trump's travel ban executive order.

At a hearing Monday, U.S. District Court Judge James Robart rejected the Justice Department's call for a delay and invoked Trump's own Twitter comments seeming to seek quick action in the case.

"I thought the president said, We'll see you in court?" Robart said, according to a KOMO-TV reporter present at the hearing.

ZitatOn Sunday, White House aide Stephen Miller bragged, "We have a president who has done more in three weeks than most presidents have done in an entire administration."

ZitatBut Miller was dead wrong about this. There is a wide gap, a chasm even, between what the administration has said and what it has done. There have been 45 executive orders or presidential memoranda signed, which may seem like a lot but lags President Barack Obama's pace. More crucially, with the notable exception of the travel ban, almost none of these orders have mandated much action or clear change of current regulations. So far, Trump has behaved exactly like he has throughout his previous career: He has generated intense attention and sold himself as a man of action while doing little other than promote an image of himself as someone who gets things done.

It is the illusion of a presidency, not the real thing.

ZitatThis executive order, therefore, changes nothing, and only mandates something that has already been mandated, already been constructed and that the president lacks the spending authority to upgrade.
The travel ban, of course, is different.

ZitatKir Heft: Staff love you guys but can you give an explanation? Curious how this works...thanks! Stay safe!

Rogue POTUS Staff:  Bag is for classified material. Rule one: do not leave key in bag when non-cleared individuals are present.

Brandi Devlin:  curious how many files on his desk are related to his business and not govt files

Rogue POTUS Staff ‏: Most papers are for show. POTUS liked to create the appearance of being constantly busy.

JR ‏@jarvik7: Hope you didn't take that picture!

ZitatVP was sincerely surprised. Has been gunning for Flynn since the news broke. VP realizing defending Loyalists dangerous.

Only one thing changed over the course of Monday: publicity. Flynn wasn't fired, Pence forced him to resign.

If Priebus goes then Pence stand alone. POTUS loyalists lost the Flynn battle, but may be winning the war.

VP & COS hoping to insert another establishment player if COS replacement is needed. But not sure they can.
VP: Vice President, Pence.
COS: Chief of Staff, Priebus.
