1) Biologische Geschlechtsänderung

ZitatLong term follow-up of many male-male pairs provided interesting observation, most of fishes remained in stage where brain reached female proportions (literally classified as female brain by researchers) and unchanged male gonads, state of organism which researches described as being female even though they still had male gonads. They basically stayed in an in-between stage. It seems that some clownfish never finish the process yet are considered female with mixed sex traits.

ZitatSexed Up: How Society Sexualizes Us, and How We Can Fight Back Julia Serano
Feminists have long challenged the ways in which men tend to sexualize women. But pioneering activist, biologist, and trans woman Julia Serano argues that sexualization is a far more pervasive problem, as it's something that we all do to other people, often without being aware of it.
Why do we perceive men as sexual predators and women as sexual objects? Why are LGBTQ+ people stereotyped as being sexually indiscriminate and deceptive? Why are people of color still being hypersexualized? These stereotypes push minorities farther into the margins, and even the privileged are policed from transgressing, lest they also become targets. Many view sexualization as a mere component of sexism, racism, or queerphobia, but Serano argues that liberation from sexual violence comes through collectively confronting sexualization itself.
ZitatNow why I say all of this. First thing is that sex change is a process with an intermediate steps where sex attributes are continuously altered, and these steps aren't discrete. This is an important observation and even researchers started to call clownfish female after observed volumetric change of brain. What is also important is that clownfish was recognized as a female by other male even though gonads haven't morphed into female gonads, because the recognition is probably based on behavior or some signaling molecules produced by phenotypical traits different from gonads.
And now we can return to humans. Humans are social animals with highly evolved cognition. We evolved to the stage when we are able to produce tools and technology. This is part of our evolution and it drives our evolution, it's interconnected. We create materials, chemicals, sophisticated technologies. All of this is part of our nature and our environment. Without human species none of this would be present. Which means we evolved into this phase and our products are indirectly products of our biology and cannot be separated from our existence. For example when I synthesize estradiol, I create component of my environment. It doesn't matter whether it was synthesized in ovaries or whether I made it in a flask.
Our evolution isn't about survival anymore.

ZitatJemand fragte, ob sich Israelis und Palästinenser jemals die Hand werden reichen können. How can there be peace? Das ist, was seit dem 7. Oktober alle Öffentlichkeit zuerst interessiert: wann endlich Frieden ist. Waffenstillstand, Versöhnung, Vergebung. Ende.
«I think what it is, is that people like to see athletes that share certain identity characteristics that seem salient to them. [...] On the other hand, body shape is not considered a salient identity characteristic–people don't mind when certain body types dominate each event. [...] I think cis women might be justified in complaining if, hypothetically, trans women dominated the upper tiers of athletics to the point that being trans was practically mandatory. But that's not even close to happening.»
Ich übersetze: Trans-Frauen im Sport sind kein Problem, weil es noch nicht genügend von ihnen gibt.
Zitat von: MrX am Heute um 00:08:49«The review found 5 studies of moderate certainty relevant to psychological health [outcomes of CSH]. All 5 supported the conclusion that treatment of trans teens with CSH improved psychological health. [...] Our intrepid authors draw no conclusions from this whatsoever, instead declaring the evidence for every outcome for which there was no high certainty study "inconclusive."
