Heute wollte ich wieder mal was von den PM-Leuten vorstellen:

die Spiteri Water Pump (SWP) einer Firma namens Sargent Enterprises Ltd, die wiederum zu einer Gozo Enterprises Ltd gehören soll.

Die Wunderpumpe soll patentiert worden sein unter Malta Patent PAT/3523 und EP 07789537.3, sowie WO 2007/141653.

Die Energie soll sich aus dem Auftrieb eines Schwimmkörpers in Wasser ergeben, H. Weidenbusch lässt grüßen.

Also bei dem Patentantrag steht ja der übliche Wisch dabei ("Even though it might be possible to construct a device having the components depicted [...], such a device would not work in the manner alleged in the descriptions and claims. The alleged technical effects of the device [...] are not achievable in view of well-established laws of Nature and the device is therefore non-operable [...].), damit hat sich das mit dem Patent wohl auch erledigt...
